Why You Want to be a Developer: Because I freaking love Mega Man.
Programs that You Use: Paint, and I'm in the market for an animator. But I do have Photoshop.
Suggestions that You have: I'd say making the forum a bit more organized, adding a logo, and adding something to make it feel more like Megaman.
Other Information: I can rip sprites as you see them in the game. Not using a special program or anything that removes the effects and stuff. I'm also an Admin in PKMN gens.
Not sure what else I could put.
